The Company’s services are effectively divided into three core areas:

Letting:   Management:

 Property appraisal & rental valuation.

  •     Property Marketing. As well as passing details
        to all relevant applicants, we use a variety of
        marketing media which may vary from property
        to property.
     These include the main property portals
        Primelocation, Findaproperty, Globrix, and
        Property Live.
     We work with relocation agents and on occasion
        we may choose to work with another letting
         agent where we believe this will be beneficial.
  •  Accompanied viewings.
  •  Tenant referencing.
  •  Preparation of tenancy agreements and
        legal notices.
  •  Collection of deposits and initial rental.

 Preparation of an inventory and schedule of
    condition prior to commencement of tenancy.

  •  Tenant check-in at tenancy commencement.
  •  Co-ordination of day to day repairs and
        maintenance.
  •  Regular property inspections.
  •  Rent collection and preparation of monthly and
        annual statements.
  •  For non UK resident landlords assistance in
        completing relevant HMRC forms allowing rental
        income to be received without tax being deducted .
  •  Tenant check out.
  •  Organising return of tenant deposits.

Rent-To-Let Scheme

They say the landlord is a gentlemen who does not earn his wealth! You know thats now not the case and so do we, thats why Asal Property guarantees rent 52 weeks of the year.

 

How does it work?

Once one of our experienced team has valued your property, we will offer you a set amount for a period of time, which is renewable.  This will be paid to you monthly on the same day every month regardless of whether your property is vacant or if the tenant residing in the property stops paying the rent.

 

Who is the tenant?

Asal Property become your tenant and assumes of all of the contractual responsibilities not just the payment of rent.  For example should the person residing in the property refuse to vacate the property at the end of their contract or break the terms of the contact causing the need for legal action, all costs involved in pursuing them will be met by ourselves. 


What's the catch?

There is none! Our service is a simple, cost effective solution for landlords. We have been successfully trading for over 3 years now so we know what we are doing. All our landlords have been extremely happy with our services and we are pleased to say we have never had a landlord decide to go elsewhere after using our service.
