Asal Property provides good quality accommodation
to referenced professional tenants - both individuals and families in and around
the North-West and West London areas. The company’s core locations include
Wembley, Wembley Park, Neasden, Stonebridge, Harlesden, Willesden, Kensal Green,
Kensal Rise, Queens Park as well as Ealing and Greenford. Property management is
carried out to the highest professional standards and tenants can expect
approachable managers who provide a prompt and efficient service.
Properties are generally let for periods of 1 year although shorter periods are
possible. Rents are paid monthly in advance and are exclusive of utility bills,
telephone and council tax. Tenants will have to take out their own contents
insurance if they wish.
In the event that a prospective tenant is interested in leasing one of our
properties, the following will be required:
An initial goodwill deposit equal to 1 week’s rental will be taken following
which the
property will be reserved while references are obtained.
The provision of satisfactory references (employer & current landlord) and
credit history
that is satisfactory in the opinion of Asal Property.
On commencement of the lease cleared funds equivalent to 1 months rent and a
deposit
equal to 6 weeks rent.
Fees in relation to obtaining credit checks and references and preparing lease
documentation.
All Asal Property’s business relating to tenancy agreements, notices, tenant
deposits etc comply with current UK Landlord & Tenant legislation.
